Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Items must be returned to us before the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used products
Products not purchased directly from Nutramis Labs
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Email us at nutramislabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, you will be provided with return instructions and a shipping address.
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
