1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Nutramis Labs are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order summary once your purchase is complete.

Please Note:
During high-volume seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan – FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,500

  • Flat Rate of Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 2,500

  • International shipping: Currently Not Available

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues or Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier service delays

  • Incomplete or incorrect address provided

  • Public holidays or operational backlogs

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact our support team for prompt assistance.

5. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped. For changes to address or order details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Include pictures of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
